Pizza
| 2 cups flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
| ½ tsp salt |
2 Tbs oil or melted butter |
| 1 cup milk |
2 Tbs tomato sauce or paste |
| 1 cup cheese, grated |

Desired toppings such as: onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham, bacon, salami or pineapple
Pre heat oven to the 220 degrees Celsius.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl
- Add oil or melted butter and then add milk gradually, mixing with a knife to form a dough
- Roll out onto floured surface and transfer to a greased oven tray
- Spread with tomato sauce or paste
- Add your desired topping and grated cheese
- Bake in oven for 10 – 15 minutes
