Wedges
| 6 large potatoes |
4 Tbs oil |
| 1 Tbs curry powder |
1 Tbs chicken stock powder |
| 1 tsp paprika |

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Scrub potatoes but leave skin on
- Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix the wedges with oil in a large roasting pan or oven proof dish
- Put the seasoning into a plastic bag. Add the wedges to the bag and shake together to coat the wedges with seasoning
- Tip the wedges into the oven proof dish and bake for 45 minutes
