Wedges

6 large potatoes 4 Tbs oil
1 Tbs curry powder 1 Tbs chicken stock powder
1 tsp paprika  

         Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  • Scrub potatoes but leave skin on
  • Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix the wedges with oil in a large roasting pan or oven proof dish
  • Put the seasoning into a plastic bag. Add the wedges to the bag and shake together to coat the wedges with seasoning
  • Tip the wedges into the oven proof dish and bake for 45 minutes
