Winter Chilli Hotpot
| 1 440g tin Chilli beans | black pepper to taste |
| 1 tsp oil | 1 onion, chopped |
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed | 2 sticks celery, sliced |
| 2 zucchini, sliced | 250g mushrooms |
| 2 400g tin tomatoes | 1½ tsp vegetable stock |
| 2 Tbs tomato paste | 1¼ cup macaroni |
| 1½ cups water |
NB: If using dried beans, soak overnight covered in water. Drain. Boil in a large saucepan for 1-2 hours. Drain and set aside
