How to make a card with printed serviettes.
What you need:
v Serviettes with different prints, available from gift shops.
v Blank card and envelop.
v Double sided A5 sticky paper, available from craft department stores.
v Glitter glue or any other embellishments
v Scissors.
How to:
v Only use the thin printed top layer of the serviette and peel of the two white bottom layers of the serviette.
v Cut around the image on the serviette you want to use for your card.
v Peel of the top layer of the sticky paper and place the image on the sticky paper, do this carefully because you can’t move the image any more.
v Use your finger or the end of the scissors to remove any wrinkles on the image. v Now cut precisely around the image, the cutting out is easier with fine pointed scissors.
v Peel of the bottom layer of the sticky paper and place the image on the card, refer to the photograph.
v Cut out around the image on the card, this gives the card a 3d look, especially when you stick images on the inside as well and cut around those.
v You can use glitter or any other embellishments: peel of stickers/ borders to finish your card.
Not only can you use serviettes for cards, but other nice ideas are to create personal note books or journals, Christmas tree decorations, writing paper.

Enjoy creating.
