COURSES CURRENTLY RUNNING DURING THE SCHOOL TERMS, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

There are twelve separate classes running from our training rooms at 69 Hampshire Street or 48 Portsmouth Street.  We are on or near the bus route for the No. 40 and No. 51 buses.  Eleven of these are our own programmes and one other ‘Roll With It’ a parenting course, run in conjunction with Barnados.

Our classes are open to anyone who wishes to attend. The only requirement is that you must be sixteen years or above and have left school. Other than that, you can attend no matter how old you are.

All programmes are of 2.5 or 3 hour duration, either in the mornings or afternoons, to fit in with school, playcenter or kindergarten hours, as we do not have the facilities to provide childcare.

All class sizes are kept to a maximum of eight students so that more individual time can be spent with each student in a small and supportive environment.

Class times and duration vary as described below.

Apart from a nominal charge each term for two of the craft classes, as described below for a contribution towards extra materials, all courses are free with all equipment and materials supplied.
