Apple Crunch
| 4 medium apples |
1 tsp cinnamon |
| 1 cup rolled oats |
¼ cup margarine |
| 2 Tbs brown sugar |
¼ cup low fat yoghurt |
Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius
- Core the apples, cut in half horizontally and place cut side upwards in an oven proof dish
- Blend the rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon and margarine together. Pile the mixture on the cut side of each apple half
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 – 40 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with a spoonful of low fat yoghurt
