Apple Crunch

4 medium apples 1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats ¼ cup margarine
2 Tbs brown sugar ¼ cup low fat yoghurt

         Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius

  • Core the apples, cut in half horizontally and place cut side upwards in an oven proof dish
  • Blend the rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon and margarine together. Pile the mixture on the cut side of each apple half
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 – 40 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve with a spoonful of low fat yoghurt
