| 2 cups sultanas | 1 stalk celery, finely diced |
| ½ cup currants | ½ cup chopped parsley |
| ¼ cup sesame seeds |
| ¼ cup oil | 1 tsp curry powder |
| 2 tbs raisins | ¼ cup cider vinegar |
| Juice of a lemon |
