| 500gm fish fillets (lemon fish) | 1 cup flaked cereal (bran flakes) |
| 1 cup roughly chopped celery | 1 Tbs grated parmesan cheese |
| 3 medium tomatoes, chopped | ¼ cup grated Edam cheese |
| 1 Tbs lemon juice | ¼ cup chopped fresh thyme (½tsp dried) |
| Black pepper | 1 Tbs polyunsaturated oil |
Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius
