Fish Crunch

500gm fish fillets (lemon fish) 1 cup flaked cereal (bran flakes)
1 cup roughly chopped celery 1 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
3 medium tomatoes, chopped ¼ cup grated Edam cheese
1 Tbs lemon juice ¼ cup chopped fresh thyme (½tsp dried)
Black pepper 1 Tbs polyunsaturated oil

          Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius

  • Cut fish into bite size pieces
  • Place fish, celery, tomato , lemon juice and pepper in a greased baking dish
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the fish
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 – 30 minutes or until fish is white and flakes with a fork
