Silverbeet Quiche
| 1˝ cups cooked silverbeet |
1 – 2 Tbs milk |
| 1 cup grated cheese |
1 onion |
| ˝ tsp ground nutmeg |
1 rasher bacon |
| 2 eggs |
filo pastry |
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Chop onion and bacon and sauté in a little oil
- Line a flan tin with short pastry or filo pastry
- Put all ingredients together in a food processor and process on high for a few seconds
- Pour mixture into the pastry lined flan tin and cook for about 20 minutes or until firm
