Silverbeet Quiche

1˝ cups cooked silverbeet 1 – 2 Tbs milk
1 cup grated cheese 1 onion
˝ tsp ground nutmeg 1 rasher bacon
2 eggs filo pastry

 

          Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

  • Chop onion and bacon and sauté in a little oil
  • Line a flan tin with short pastry or filo pastry
  • Put all ingredients together in a food processor and process on high for a few seconds
  • Pour mixture into the pastry lined flan tin and cook for about 20 minutes or until firm
