Cheese Sauce
| 1 cup of Cheese |
4 Tbs flour |
| 3 Tbs butter |
1 cup milk |
- Grate 1 cup of cheese
- Melt 3 Tbs butter on low heat
- Add 4 Tbs flour and stir until mixture thickens
- Measure 1 cup milk
- Add ¼ cup milk to butter mixture stirring constantly
- Add ¼ cup more of milk and keep stirring until thick again
- Add cheese to sauce, salt, pepper and parsley
- Add remaining milk stirring until mixture is now a smooth consistency
- Use as desired for any dish
NB: Adding excess milk and cheese will increase the amount of sauce you end up with.
