Fish Quiche
| 400g tin of fish |
½ tsp baking powder |
| ½ cup flour |
2 cups milk |
| 4 eggs |
1 small onion, diced |
| 1 cup cheese, grated |
Salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 Tbs chives / parsley, chopped |

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl
- Add eggs and milk and beat until smooth
- Add drained and flaked fish, onion and parsley
- Use a hand beater to mix all ingredients well together
- Grease a quiche dish well with oil
- Pour fish mixture into dish
- Place in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes
NB: Fish can be substituted with bacon, ham or chicken
