Fish Quiche

Fish Quiche

400g tin of fish ½ tsp baking powder
½ cup flour 2 cups milk
4 eggs 1 small onion, diced
1 cup cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs chives / parsley, chopped  

          Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  • Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl
  • Add eggs and milk and beat until smooth
  • Add drained and flaked fish, onion and parsley
  • Use a hand beater to mix all ingredients well together
  • Grease a quiche dish well with oil
  • Pour fish mixture into dish
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes

NB: Fish can be substituted with bacon, ham or chicken
