Cheese Sauce

1 cup of Cheese 4 Tbs flour
3 Tbs butter 1 cup milk
  • Grate 1 cup of cheese
  • Melt 3 Tbs butter on low heat
  • Add 4 Tbs flour and stir until mixture thickens
  • Measure 1 cup milk
  • Add ¼ cup milk to butter mixture stirring constantly
  • Add ¼ cup more of milk and keep stirring until thick again
  • Add cheese to sauce, salt, pepper and parsley
  • Add remaining milk stirring until mixture is now a smooth consistency
  • Use as desired for any dish

NB: Adding excess milk and cheese will increase the amount of sauce you end up with.
