Hedgehogs

• Cut orange in half
• Turn half orange upside down on the bench and insert four skewers
• Space the skewers out so they resemble hedgehog prickles
• Place a marshmallow on each skewer
• Next place a piece of pineapple on top of each marshmallow
• Break 2 pointed ends off the skewers
• Push a raisin onto the point and insert into the end of the orange
• Repeat the process
• Use the rest of the oranges repeating the whole process to make as many hedgehogs as you desire

NB: Double up on the amounts of marshmallows and pineapple pieces on each skewer
Turn each skewer into a kebab by adding chopped pears, cheese, kiwifruit or apples
