Traffic Light Jellies

• Measure 500ml of boiling water into a jug, add orange jelly and stir until dissolved
• Pour jelly into see through plastic cups until 1/3 full
• Place cups in the fridge
• Measure 500ml boiling water into the jug and add lime jelly, stir until dissolved
• Pour green jelly into another set of cups filling until 1/3 full
• Place in the fridge to set
• Measure 500ml of boiling water into the jug and add raspberry jelly, stir until dissolved
• Place jug of red jelly into the fridge, leave all jellies for 2 hours or until partially set
• Check jellies for firmness, then pour green jelly onto orange jelly for a layer effect
• Finish off with a layer of red jelly to make a traffic light. Place back in the fridge to fully set
